We invited a few of Cape Town’s most trusted palates to sample our menu and share their opinions on our selection of wines.
Chef Dean Correira prepared a 12-course menu which was paired with over 50 of our favourite wines from local wineries. What followed was an evening of new friendships and unexpected pairings! The dish of the night was the Butternut Ravioli and favourite wines, as voted for by nearly all our guests, was the Cirrus Syrah and Arendsig Chardonnay.
